Immigration News: Bail for an Afghan national under the UK–France “one in, one out” Treaty

Evin Atas has successfully secured a grant of bail for an Afghan national under the UK–France “one in, one out” Treaty ( Agreement on the Prevention of Dangerous Journeys) for asylum seekers arriving in the UK through dangerous routes.

The Judge granted bail despite France having already accepted the Applicant’s admissibility.
