Experience
Evin’s practice focuses on immigration, civil and motor vehicle offences. In particular, unlawful detention, EEA, asylum, deportation, drink driving and speeding. She is able to accept instructions not only from professional clients but also lay clients (under the Public Access Scheme).
Prior to coming to the Bar, Evin spent time working as an immigration advocate at D J Webb & Co Solicitors in London. During this time, she gained experience advising clients across the full spectrum of immigration law. She appeared frequently before the Immigration Tribunal in deportation, human rights, EEA, and entry clearance applications. She also worked as a legal associate at Richmond Chambers, a boutique set specialising in immigration law. She has considerable experience of working with members of the public and has built up a familiarity with all stages of legal casework.
Evin previously worked as a County Court advocate for Ashley Taylors Legal representing claimants and defendants in a variety of different specialisms including landlord and tenant disputes, mortgage possessions, infant settlements and bankruptcy proceedings.
