Aquila Healthcare revocation success following PAP

Thilaga Srindran  recently secured a full reinstatement of a client’s sponsor licence after it was wrongly revoked by the Home Office on grounds that the sponsor breached its duties amongst one was for unpaid leaves of its sponsored migrants. Her detailed and robust PAP challenge exposed key errors in the decision including incorrect salary assessments and failure to consider permitted unpaid leave.

Following her submissions, the Home Office withdrew the revocation in full and confirmed the sponsor licence would be returned to active status, with sponsored workers able to continue their employment uninterrupted.
