Client secures suspended sentence in PWITS Class A case
Thilaga Srindran recently secured a full reinstatement of a client’s sponsor licence after it was wrongly revoked by the Home Office on grounds that the sponsor breached its duties amongst one was for unpaid leaves of its sponsored migrants. Following her submissions, the Home Office withdrew the revocation in full and confirmed the sponsor licence would be returned to active status, with sponsored workers able to continue their employment uninterrupted.
