Crime News: Prosecution offers no evidence in child abduction case

Samir Pasha’s client was charged with child abduction, related to an alleged transportation of a 16-year-old girl to Germany from the UK in a van

Authorities boarded the ferry at Dover 15 minutes before departure to find the girl and arrest Samir’s client along with others.

Following obtaining further disclosure and a successful bail application made by Samir, the Crown proceeded to offer no evidence against all defendants in the matter at Basildon Crown Court.
