Crime News: Crown offers no evidence in Burglary and Theft case

Samir Pasha’s client was charged with Burglary of a dwelling and Theft of a BMW alongside 2 other co-defendants who were also charged with another burglary on a 5-count indictment.

Samir’s client maintained his innocence throughout, despite being photographed in the company of the co-defendants on the same night of the burglary.

Robust advice was given to the client, and a strong defence statement was put forward highlighting the circumstantial nature of the evidence.

On the 2nd day at Worcester Crown Court before the jury could be sworn in, the Crown offered no evidence on both counts for the client, thereby formally acquitting him of all charges against him.
