Yesterday at Aylesbury Crown Court, the Prosecution formally offered no evidence against Samir’s client who was charged with robbery that allegedly occurred in 2022.
Samir’s client was jointly charged with another young co-defendant in relation to an alleged robbery that occurred between college students.
The Prosecution informed the defence teams that they would be offering no evidence following service of defence statements and with the trial due to commence in under 2 weeks.
