Henry is a Barrister practising in immigration, crime and general civil litigation. He was Called to the Bar in Nigeria in 1980, practising there and becoming a Notary Public. He was Called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1999 at the Middle Temple. He practises in the field of Immigration and his practice covers all areas of immigration, asylum and judical review representing clients in the whole of UK.

His practice also encompasses crime and general civil litigation.

He is a direct access barrister and an accredited civil and commercial mediator.
